Shipping and Returns
Our goal at Magnolia Sugar & Co. is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days for items that are not pre-order or made to order (tumblers, apparel, bows). Items are not shipped on weekends. Currently, all products are shipped via USPS in a First-Class package with tracking. We cannot estimate shipping times once the packages are out of our hands.
Made to Order Products:
Some items such as t-shirts, tumblers, bows, etc. are made on demand and have varying shipment times as they are custom made for each order. They take time to print or laser etch, depending on the product. Please be patient with the shipping of these products. Shipping prices vary depending on weight and distance to shipment address. These items may ship separate from other items in the store.
Shipping times may fluctuate due to the Covid-19 global pandemic.
Please note, shipping could be delayed to the final destination due to acts of God, holidays or times of high orders, and various shipping companies' policies. Please, allow some time for your product to arrive. Thank you.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the item is received back to us, you will receive a gift card for shop credit in the amount of your items purchased minus shipping costs, as shipping is non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For sanitary reasons, teething products and pacifier/teething clips are non-refundable. Items that are made on demand or that are custom (tumblers, t-shirts, apparel, personalized/custom items) are non-refundable as they are made to order. If there is any issues with these products, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the date you received your items.
For all other products, returns must be requested within 7 days of the date you received your items. If your item is accepted for return, it will be inspected and reviewed for a refund in shop credit minus shipping costs. All returns must be unused and in the same condition upon receipt along with it's original packaging or tags. Please mail the item back in the original mailing envelop with the printed invoice you received via email upon ordering.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds are not offered for pre-order items that are past the TAT (turn around time). Our policy states that pre-order arrival times may vary dependent on shipping and manufacturers. While we strive to have the items well before our TAT end date, we cannot guarantee arrival at the stated time or for certain holidays.
For items approved for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund in the amount minus shipping costs in shop credit in the form of a gift card.
Refunds will not be made because of sizing issues.
